This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the complete delivery of a portfolio of software development projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation issues related to projects.
• Continuously enhance delivery processes and execution quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison for executive client stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture long-term trusted partnerships.
• Lead strategic discussions surrounding delivery, roadmaps, and business priorities.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Support business development efforts within existing accounts.
• Drive profitability and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets for accounts.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing delivery teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions.
• Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance issues as necessary.
• Oversee project budgets and forecasts.
• Optimize resource allocation across various engagements.
• Monitor delivery health, utilization rates, and financial outcomes.
• Implement best practices and scalable frameworks for delivery.
• Drive ongoing process improvements.
• Advocate for AI-driven methodologies among delivery teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• At least 3 recent years in Technical Delivery or Program Management.
• More than 5 years of experience managing relationships with executive-level clients.
• Over 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• More than 5 years of experience in a software consultancy environment.
• Prior hands-on experience in Software Development or Quality Assurance.
• Strong grasp of contemporary software delivery practices.
• Experience in delivering both greenfield products and legacy modernization projects.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially minded with experience in expanding client accounts.
• Proven capability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• An AI-forward mindset and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. for up to 4–6 weeks annually.
