This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the management of Healthcare Products, encompassing design, deployment, and implementation support initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of modern applications utilizing cloud-native architecture.
• Provide top-down oversight throughout the execution phase to ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholder objectives.
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters/Managers, facilitating progress and addressing any inquiries or challenges related to projects.
• Assume ownership of the delivery team as a supervisor and manage their performance effectively.
• Assign and supervise daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring all team members are actively working towards set milestones.
• Ensure adherence to processes and timely implementation of the product vision.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and enhance the value delivered throughout the project/product lifecycle.
• Update and maintain all production technologies, ensuring proper maintenance and installation procedures are followed.
• Create detailed project/product plans that integrate customer requirements with organizational objectives, coordinating with various managers and technical staff as needed.
• Ensure the team maintains necessary documentation for knowledge management purposes.
• Define and clarify deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members involved in specific projects or initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations personnel.
• Manage all aspects of large construction projects, including refreshes and retrofits, from planning through implementation to completion.
• Approve concept designs, establish project schedules, and assign and allocate resources accordingly.
• Oversee internal staff by hiring, mentoring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Recruit and manage contractors, architects, and engineers, facilitating interface among teams.
• Prepare and develop budgets, maintaining the master budget and schedule throughout the project.
• Document all project phases and prepare regular project status reports for senior management, monitoring milestones.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Healthcare processes, particularly in the Medicaid Business sector.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and associated technologies.
• Proven comprehension of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging talent within the technology department.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising departmental teams.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment, fostering a teamwork-centric mentality.
• Managerial experience that incorporates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foresee challenges and proactively mitigate obstacles.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and development.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, microservices, and cloud technologies.
