This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for overseeing Healthcare Products, from their design phase through to deployment and implementation support activities.
• Expected to contribute to the development and maintenance of modern applications utilizing cloud-native architecture.
• Manage comprehensive oversight throughout the entire execution process to ensure successful delivery in alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters and Managers, ensuring progress is made and addressing any inquiries or challenges related to projects.
• Should take ownership of the delivery team in a supervisory role, managing their performance effectively.
• Assign and supervise the daily tasks of technical staff, ensuring all team members are actively working toward set milestones.
• Ensure adherence to processes and that the product vision is implemented in a timely fashion.
• Understand risks, dependencies, and aim to enhance the value delivered throughout the project/product lifecycle.
• Update and maintain all production technologies, ensuring proper maintenance and installation procedures are in place.
• Develop detailed project/product plans that align customer needs with corporate objectives and coordinate various managers and technical resources as necessary.
• Ensure the team maintains the requisite documentation for knowledge management purposes.
• Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members involved in specific projects or initiatives.
• Possess the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations personnel.
• Execute all facets of large construction projects, refreshes, and retrofits, from planning through implementation to completion.
• Approve conceptual designs, and provide project schedules while assigning and allocating resources accordingly.
• Manage internal staff, including hiring, mentoring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Recruit and manage contractors, architects, engineers, and interface with them as needed.
• Prepare and develop budgets while overseeing the maintenance of the master budget and schedule.
• Document all phases of the project and prepare status reports for senior management on a recurring basis throughout the project, monitoring milestones.
• Over 10 years of overall IT experience.
• More than 5 years of managerial experience.
• In-depth functional knowledge of healthcare processes, particularly in the Medicaid business area.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and an understanding of related technologies.
• Proven understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging talent in the technology sector.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience in establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
• A strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising departmental teams.
• Experience working in a collaborative, high-level environment that promotes a teamwork mentality.
• Managerial experience involving analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate obstacles.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and development practices.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, microservices, and cloud technologies.
