This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee healthcare products from conception to deployment and provide implementation support.
• Play a key role in developing and sustaining modern cloud-native applications.
• Manage execution to ensure delivery aligns with the objectives of stakeholders.
• Direct Scrum Master/Manager teams, monitor progress, and address project challenges.
• Supervise the performance of the delivery team and assign daily technical tasks.
• Ensure adherence to processes and that the product vision is realized on schedule.
• Handle risks, dependencies, and value throughout the project or product lifecycle.
• Maintain production technologies, including installation and maintenance responsibilities.
• Create project and product plans that integrate customer needs with company objectives.
• Coordinate with technical managers and personnel as necessary.
• Ensure the maintenance of required documentation for effective knowledge management.
• Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project team members.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations teams.
• Manage large-scale construction, refresh, and retrofit projects from planning to completion.
• Approve conceptual designs, deliver project timelines, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Recruit, guide, mentor, train, and evaluate internal staff members.
• Hire and oversee contractors, architects, and engineers as needed.
• Prepare budgets and maintain the overall master budget and schedule.
• Document project phases and generate recurring status reports for senior management.
• Monitor project milestones for progress and completion.
• 15+ years of comprehensive IT experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare processes, particularly within the Medicaid sector.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and relevant technologies.
• Proven understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and nurturing technology talent.
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• Background in setting guidelines for effective time management and organization.
• High level of personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision.
• Experience in a highly collaborative environment that fosters teamwork.
• Managerial experience demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to foresee challenges and proactively tackle obstacles.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and development principles.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, microservices, and cloud technologies is advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum certification is a bonus.
• Previous hands-on development experience is a plus.
