This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• End-to-End SDLC Ownership: You will be ultimately responsible for delivering a committed set of features to production on schedule without incidents. This involves managing the comprehensive lifecycle of technical delivery, ensuring smooth transitions through our defined phases: Ideation, Requirements, Design, Delivery, Testing, and Deployment.
• Requirements & Design Readiness: Collaborate with stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, Sales) to ensure requirements are finalized, acceptance criteria are well-defined, and testability is confirmed before commencing technical design.
• Resource & Priority Enforcement: Proactively monitor project health and dynamically negotiate/reallocate engineering and testing resources to prioritize and deliver critical path items on time.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance: Supervise the "Tech Delivery" phase, acting as the primary facilitator to keep engineering unblocked. Ensure strict compliance with testing, approval, and rejection protocols before any code advances.
• Release Management: Manage the deployment pipeline. Coordinate releases to Beta environments, oversee Customer Validation feedback loops, and authorize final deployments to Production.
• Reporting & Transparency: Deliver executive-level reports on velocity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization. Identify risks early and propose actionable solutions to leadership.
• Success Metrics: Monitor and manage key success metrics, including but not limited to:
• - On-time delivery rate across releases
• - Reduction in release defects or escaped defects
• - % of committed scope delivered
• - Improvement in engineering throughput or predictability
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience:
• - At least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a technical project management role within a SaaS environment.
• - Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects concurrently.
• - Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent, is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• - Strong understanding of software development life cycles, especially within SaaS products.
• - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• - Proficient in project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.
• - Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Generous paid time off and holiday policy.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Flexible work schedules and remote work options.
• A collaborative and innovative work environment.
