
Technical Customer Support Agent – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide general customer support (90%) along with basic Tier 1 technical assistance (10%)
• Offer both non-technical and technical support to the end-user community
• Address customer inquiries regarding programs, hardware/software concerns, and troubleshooting
• Clarify details, conduct research, and deliver solutions to customer problems
• Manage incidents and respond to users following established procedures and Service Levels
• Record incidents and service requests in the ticket-tracking system
• Deliver troubleshooting and resolution through phone, e-mail, or remote access
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services
• Provide training to new Help Desk Coordinators as needed
• Demonstrated experience with Windows 7, 8, 10, and Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in using and configuring web browsers, as well as managing browser plug-ins
• Capability to pass an employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to successfully complete a Level 2 background check
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a Call Center/Help Desk role preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of prior PC technical experience and/or training preferred
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
• Flexible working hours, which may include weekends
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Access to a dependable computer
• Headset equipped with a microphone
• A quiet workspace free from distractions
