This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take the lead in:
• Customer onboarding and implementation of Neuron7 AI solutions.
• Integrating CRM and service management platforms with Neuron7 products.
• Onboarding data and executing enterprise integrations in collaboration with both customer and internal engineering teams.
• Deploying, configuring, testing, and promoting the adoption of AI solutions.
• Conducting customer workshops and technical solution reviews.
• Defining and measuring ROI, business outcomes, and adoption KPIs.
• Driving AI-powered service transformation initiatives for customer service and field service teams.
• Managing executive stakeholders and planning for customer success.
• Overseeing contract renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams.
• Providing product feedback and enhancement recommendations based on customer needs.
• Demonstrating new capabilities in AI, Agentic AI, and Resolution Intelligence.
• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Established experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally in AI, analytics, automation, or service management fields.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, NLP, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience in working with organizations in Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Center, or Service Operations.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise software implementations and cross-functional programs.
• Capability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and customer programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
