This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the overall technical and strategic success of Zenity’s most intricate enterprise accounts as the main technical and executive-facing partner following the sale.
• Facilitate enterprise engagements encompassing deployment, integrations, budgeting cycles, governance approvals, and platform expansion.
• Synchronize customer stakeholders, Zenity teams, and technology platform teams.
• Conduct executive-level strategic reviews that address risk posture, roadmap alignment, integration progress, and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineering teams.
• Manage technical escalations from start to finish and drive toward resolution.
• Convert enterprise requirements into success plans by identifying risks, dependencies, and phased deployment strategies.
• Provide customer insights to Product and Engineering to help shape the roadmap.
• Contribute to the scaling of Zenity’s enterprise success model.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation processes, which include discovery, training, risk assessment, solution design, configuration, integrations, and security posture setup.
• Assist customers in establishing LCNC and AI security programs.
• Offer guidance on LCNC and AI agent security, governance, and enterprise application security.
• Set up policies, platform risk areas, automations, and governance frameworks.
• Investigate security violations and provide guidance on remediation.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate ROI through usage, risk reduction, and security metrics.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and advocate for customer needs in the product roadmap.
• Stay informed about security threats, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
• Strong foundation in cybersecurity, application security, and governance frameworks.
• Preferred knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, AI governance, and data protection.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as OWASP and MITRE.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Capability to build robust relationships with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts into tangible business value.
• Experience in leading customer journeys and delivering executive presentations, QBRs, and workshops.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
• Ownership mentality with accountability for delivering results.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for customer on-site engagements, strategic meetings, and company events.
