Technical Customer Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical, application, and troubleshooting assistance to the field.

• Monitor technical advancements in the industry and amongst competitors.

• Facilitate technical training sessions both internally and externally with Product Business Unit teams.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve corporate sales objectives in line with corporate strategy.

• Communicate and provide feedback on customer requirements for new products.

• Oversee routine management of technical matters.

• Prepare equipment for customer demonstrations.

• Assist at trade shows and during sales presentations.

• Enhance technical communication with parent and sister companies.

• Define testing plans or requirements in collaboration with the customer's technical department or end users.

• Collect and organize technical data and innovate dispensing processes for new markets.

• Gather and assess competitor technical data.

• Utilize testing technologies and internal analysis to optimize product applications for customers, while providing insights to the R&D department.

• Compose and present test reports to both internal and external stakeholders with clear and concise information.

• Engage in additional assignments and projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanism/Electronics.

• Minimum of 2 years of R&D experience as an Engineer in SMT, Semiconductor, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of mechanics and electricity.

• Experience in disposable product fields is preferred.

• Previous experience in a multinational corporation is advantageous.

• Proficient in verbal English.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and computer skills.

• Outgoing, mature, logical thinker with a broad perspective.

• Team-oriented with integrity; hardworking, self-motivated, open-minded, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
