Technical CRM Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation and management of CRM campaigns utilizing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or other similar ESPs.

• Develop and automate workflows, customer journeys, and trigger campaigns.

• Segment target audiences and manage data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC).

• Integrate and connect various data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes).

• Design and maintain dynamic templates using HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, and more.

• Conduct testing, quality assurance, and monitoring of campaigns, including reporting and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate closely with Data, Creative, and Project Management teams to execute comprehensive CRM projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with popular ESPs, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms.

• Solid technical knowledge of data structures, audience segmentation, and integrations.

• Practical experience with SQL and at least one scripting/template language (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Velocity).

• Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS for email template development.

• An analytical and structured approach to work, maintaining high quality standards.

• Proficient in both German and English.
