This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a variety of often intricate technical projects or workstreams to guarantee that deliverables are achieved punctually, within scope, and meet quality benchmarks.
• Convert technical goals into distinct action plans, timelines, and resource distribution.
• Monitor and manage project milestones, interdependencies, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that technical work adheres to established specifications, standards, and organizational policies.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams, operations, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives, requirements, and progress.
• Aid in troubleshooting complex operational or technical challenges by coordinating insights from relevant experts.
• Supervise the organization, accuracy, and accessibility of technical data, documentation, and system records.
• Maintain master files for projects, designs, or analyses to ensure data integrity and version control.
• Evaluate technical documentation for clarity, completeness, and compliance with required templates or standards.
• Assist in the execution and ongoing enhancement of quality management systems and procedures.
• Coordinate technical reviews, inspections, or audits to guarantee adherence to internal and external requirements.
• Stay informed about applicable standards, certifications, or regulatory requirements relevant to program operations.
• Ensure program adherence to SCS quality systems.
• Associate's Degree in sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience along with 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to address sensitive issues and complex information with professionalism and tact.
• Capable of managing multiple complex projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Maintains exceptional attention to detail with robust organizational and planning abilities.
• Works autonomously, exercises sound judgment, and takes initiative in resolving operational and program challenges.
• Anticipates obstacles and proactively develops solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Efficiently learns and navigates program systems, databases, and business software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent in English, encompassing professional verbal and written communication skills.
