Technical Content Writing Intern/Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality, thoroughly researched, and engaging technical content that complies with the provided guidelines.

• Develop original and informative long-form and short-form articles, blog posts, and other web content focused on Location APIs.

• Perform in-depth research to gather accurate and current information for content development.

• Ensure all produced content is free from plagiarism and AI-generated text, upholding the highest standards of authenticity and originality.

• Achieve weekly targets of 4 long-form pieces (1200-1500 words each) and 5 short-form pieces (300-500 words each).

• Edit and proofread your own work for grammatical correctness, clarity, coherence, and formatting adherence.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to integrate relevant insights into the content.

• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to consistently deliver quality content within set deadlines.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and vocabulary.

• Knowledge of web content writing techniques, SEO best practices, and online content guidelines.

• Ability to quickly and effectively research and understand technical concepts.

• A meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to providing error-free, polished content.

• Proven track record of creating original, creative, and engaging content across various formats.

• Basic understanding of GIS topics, trends, and terminology.

• Proficient in utilizing online research tools and resources to obtain relevant information.

• Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• A positive attitude towards feedback and a strong desire to learn and develop as a content writer.

• Prior experience in technical content writing, blogging, or content creation is a plus.
