📋 Description

• Conduct research to elucidate use cases, technical concepts, and the functionality of systems.

• Create use case guides, tutorials, technical explanations, and engineering articles that enhance user experience with PostHog.

• Delve into technical specifics, engineering methodologies, and intricate concepts to facilitate learning for builders.

• Identify content topics based on company announcements, strategic priorities, and engaging subjects.

• Choose suitable formats, which may include engineering blogs, SEO-focused explainers, and X threads.

• Partner with engineers and marketers to clarify what has been developed, its significance, and its importance for builders.

• Revise engineers' blog entries as necessary.

• Steer clear of generic, quota-driven SEO content, primarily focusing on crafting social media posts, newsletters, advertisements, video scripts, and marketing copy, while avoiding the publication of low-quality AI-generated material.

• Exceptional writing skills; capable of making complex technical topics clear, useful, and enjoyable for readers.

• A portfolio showcasing technical explanations, engineering articles, tutorials, or similar content aimed at a developer audience.

• A strong sense of technical curiosity and the ability to comprehend and articulate concepts such as logs, traces, data warehouses, APIs, LLMs, and agents accurately.

• Skill in distinguishing genuinely educational content from keyword-focused material.

• Proficient in utilizing AI to create projects, enhance workflows, and assist in content creation.

• Capacity to work autonomously, determine valuable writing topics, develop viewpoints, and deliver completed work.

• Preferred: experience with a developer tools or B2B SaaS organization.

• Preferred: involvement in side projects or development of small tools.

• Preferred: familiarity with PostHog.
