Technical Content Developer – Workspace ONE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Developing technical guidance that will be featured on our leading technical enablement platform, Tech Zone.

• Providing technical enablement content to both internal teams and external audiences.

• Partnering with colleagues, partners, and customers to create engaging content that facilitates learning about our products.

• Willingness to travel to present to customers and deliver technical enablement as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of applicable experience in technology roles related to EUC solutions, including but not limited to product management, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical support, or technical marketing within the end user computing software sector.

• Technical Expertise: Practical experience with IT tools, including endpoint management, device troubleshooting, security tools, and Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile operating systems. Familiarity with additional solutions in the end user computing endpoint management space is advantageous.

• Analytical Skills: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to learn and convey new technologies to others.

• Communication Skills: Established track record of delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences and crafting documents that clearly articulate complex technical concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

• Customer-Focused: Proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
