Technical Consultant – Workday CLM, Evisort

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the CLM or Business Application platform.

• Delivers exceptional service engagements for large or strategic clients, acting as the technical engineer and advisor to them.

• Adheres to Professional Services implementation standards and methodologies.

• Validates, collects, and evaluates complex solutions to provide thoughtful and appropriate recommendations to clients.

• Develops proficiency in the configuration and integration of solutions.

• Proposes, recommends, and assists in creating repeatable business processes and artifacts to scale the organization.

• The Technical Consultant is a vital part of a team responsible for delivering CLM / CI or Business Application solutions to clients. This role involves cultivating high expertise across the CLM or Business Application platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of external consulting experience in business process analysis, requirements generation, solution design, configuration, customization, and SaaS project delivery, including custom API-based integrations and data migration.

• More than 3 years of experience in CLM, Contract Intelligence (AI). Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and other CLM solutions is highly advantageous. Must demonstrate knowledge of architecture, API, and data and process flows.

• At least 2 years of experience in scoping and selling Statements of Work (SOWs).

• A recognized degree in computer science, law (JD), or business administration.

• Practical experience in designing and delivering custom API integrations (e.g. integration architecture, endpoint guidance, and troubleshooting support), along with support for deploying managed packages/connectors.

• Established frameworks for migrating unstructured and structured data.

• Proficient scripting skills (e.g. Python).

• Experience in delivering and supporting systems utilized in legal operations, contract management, and administration, as well as commercial contract management and administration.

• Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and transformed into technical specifications.

• Solid grasp of how to take technical specifications and configure/implement them into a solution.

• Results-driven with excellent people and time management skills; highly organized, motivated, and dedicated to achieving success.

• Ability to work on or lead a team through fast-paced and complex projects.

• Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills, including escalation management and information presentation.

• Strong follow-through, ownership, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
