Technical Consultant – Workday CLM, Evisort

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the CLM or Business App platform.

• Delivers exceptional service engagements for major or strategic clients, acting as both a technical engineer and advisor.

• Adheres to PS implementation standards and methodologies.

• Validates, collects, and evaluates complex solutions to make thoughtful and necessary recommendations to clients.

• Achieves proficiency in the configuration and integration of solutions.

• Proposes, suggests, and assists in the development of repeatable business processes and artifacts to scale the organization.

• The TC plays an essential role in a team responsible for providing CLM / CI or Business App solutions to clients. This role requires the development of high-level expertise in the CLM or Business App platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of external consulting experience in business process analysis, requirements generation, solution design, configuration, customization, and SaaS project delivery, including custom API-based integrations and data migration.

• More than 3 years of experience in CLM, Contract Intelligence (AI). Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and other CLM solutions is a significant advantage. Capable of demonstrating knowledge of architecture, API, and data and process flows.

• At least 2 years of experience in scoping and selling Statements of Work (SOWs).

• A recognized degree in computer science, law (JD), or business administration.

• Practical experience in designing and delivering custom API integrations (e.g., integration architecture, endpoint guidance, and troubleshooting support), as well as supporting the deployment of managed packages/connectors.

• Established frameworks for migrating both unstructured and structured data.

• Advanced scripting abilities (e.g., Python).

• Experience in delivering and supporting systems utilized in legal operations, contract management, and administration, as well as commercial contract management and administration.

• Strong understanding of how to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Adept at taking technical specifications and configuring/implementing them into a solution.

• Results-driven with excellent people and time management skills, highly organized, and motivated to achieve success.

• Capable of working on or leading a team through fast-paced and complex projects.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a business context, including escalation management and information presentation.

• Strong commitment to follow-through, ownership, and responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to maintain flexibility.
