This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver top-notch travel assistance through chat, phone, and email.
• Stay informed about suppliers, destinations, and relevant systems.
• Efficiently evaluate customers' requirements, urgency, and preferences.
• Accurately process bookings for hotels, flights, car rentals, and trains.
• Guide customers on self-service features available on the Navan platform and app.
• Respond quickly while achieving SLA targets.
• Adhere to company and client policies to ensure global compliance.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on goal progress and essential processes.
• Engage in team discussions regarding products, suppliers, and industry trends.
• Remain knowledgeable about best practices within the travel sector.
• Maintain consistent attendance, complete required training, and meet performance benchmarks.
• At least 5 years of experience as a travel consultant, with expertise in flight, train, and hotel bookings; a minimum of 3 years working with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is mandatory.
• Fluent in German (mandatory) and possess strong English language skills.
• Background in a contact center or similar customer-facing position.
• Proficient with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Availability: Monday to Friday.
• Days off include Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
• Capable of multitasking, swiftly addressing urgent issues, and working independently to troubleshoot.
• Empathetic, professional, and possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proof of residence in Germany is required to apply.
