This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Custom needs analysis: Assessing and understanding the unique requirements of our clients.

• Presentation of IT concepts: Crafting and delivering presentations while coordinating customer meetings.

• Ongoing consultancy: Assisting clients throughout the implementation phase and providing continuous support via Microsoft Teams.

• Customer relationship management: Nurturing client relationships even after project completion.

• Documentation: Developing and maintaining documentation for the planning and coordination of customer projects.

• Project coordination: Organizing and supervising projects and installations.

• (Process) Analytics: Performing in-depth analyses to enhance business processes.

• IT concepts: Creating and developing IT strategies and overseeing their execution.

• Training and workshops: Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients, including preparation and follow-up.

• Creation of training materials: Designing and continually refining training documents and self-study resources.

• Sales support: Communicating relevant customer information to assist the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial knowledge: Strong grasp of business processes along with basic accounting principles.

• IT understanding: Proficient knowledge of cross-system IT architectures and Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure.

• Industry knowledge: Experience in the automotive sector, particularly in spare parts management, customer service, premium processing, ELZ/Webshop, POS, and time tracking.

• SQL knowledge: Familiarity with databases, table structures, fields, and query formulation.

• Communication skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Organizational skills: Capability to independently plan and manage projects.

• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to client needs as required.

• Legally authorized to work in Germany.
