This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Technical Consultant for ServiceNow ITSM to engage in digital transformation projects, implementing and enhancing ITSM processes in large corporate environments.
• Practical experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM / SPM.
• Involvement in modules such as: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLAs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the platform.
• Participation in agile rituals, customer workshops, and solution design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• CIS certification in ITSM / CIS in SPM.
• Experience with integrations, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
• Background in corporate projects or consulting.
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow suites (CSM, HRSD, FSM).
