ServiceNow Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather system requirements.

• Create, develop, and implement AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

• Incorporate machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions into ServiceNow modules.

• Oversee various aspects of application development, including design, coding, testing, and system documentation.

• Produce complete programming and conduct testing and debugging of applications.

• Design tailored or product-based solutions utilizing ServiceNow applications.

• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP web services.

• Engage in user acceptance testing for resulting maps, impact rules, and event management tasks.

• Address any production incidents that occur within this scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow across two or more capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow's AI and automation functionalities, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist.

• Practical experience in implementing and optimizing Now Assist features.

• Familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms.

• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and automated integrations between two systems.

• Proficiency in Data Extraction Technologies (e.g., JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.

• Skilled in various aspects of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scripting.

• Excel in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of personnel and resources.

• Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
