ServiceNow Configuration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor ServiceNow modules and applications, primarily concentrating on ServiceNow Order Management (SOM), workflow automation, and fulfillment processes.

• Design, develop, and test ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automations using Flow Designer.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes on the ServiceNow platform.

• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, and fulfillment platforms.

• Oversee ServiceNow platform administration tasks, including managing user roles, permissions, and executing platform updates.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, integrations, and processes.

• Provide assistance and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and enhancements on the platform.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Aid in the development of best practices and standards for ServiceNow configuration and platform governance.

• Engage in planning, estimation, testing, and review activities within an Agile delivery framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in configuring and administering ServiceNow platforms.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong comprehension of ITSM processes and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
