This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and continuously enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure, manage, and improve the ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HAM modules.
• Support and refine processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management.
• Ensure the quality, governance, and integrity of CMDB data.
• Collect and analyze requirements from various business areas.
• Convert functional needs into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Engage in automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Provide assistance to global users and stakeholders.
• Practical experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in the following modules: ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Experience working in corporate environments with well-defined IT processes.
• Background in supporting and advancing enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of IT governance best practices and service management principles.
• Competence in gathering requirements and collaborating with business areas.
