Tech Lead – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and allocate tasks to the team in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.

• Design and develop solutions utilizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, among others.

• Strategize and design sprints based on user stories employing SCRUM methodology.

• Oversee and assist the team during implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

• Create and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop APIs following RESTful principles for integration with other services.

• Engage in projects using agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and enhancing the solutions provided.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, business, and architecture).


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant on ServiceNow.

• Practical experience and certifications in the ServiceNow platform.

• Familiarity with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.

• Experience utilizing agile methodologies.

• Proficient in interpreting business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various organizational levels.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Advanced English proficiency (preferred for international projects).

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD and/or CIS).
