This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, configure, and implement IAM/IGA solutions utilizing platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity.
• Assist with the integration of ServiceNow with IAM and IGA tools for access requests, approvals, incident management, and workflow automation.
• Set up user lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver, role-based access control, and access certifications.
• Implement and support SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
• Integrate IAM/IGA platforms with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, cloud platforms, and ticketing systems.
• Create and maintain workflows, connectors, rules, policies, and access governance processes.
• Assist with access reviews, compliance reporting, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
• Diagnose technical issues related to identity provisioning, authentication, integrations, and workflow failures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides, and operational handover documents.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support and propose enhancements to improve security, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–7+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, ServiceNow, or cybersecurity consulting.
• Practical experience with one or more IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly workflows, catalog items, approvals, incidents, changes, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP / Active Directory, SCIM, and role-based access control.
• Experience with API integrations, connectors, web services, and automation.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• This is a remote position.
