This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with two Scrum teams located in the US and the Philippines to plan, design, execute, and oversee testing activities for ServiceNow CSM.
• Create and implement test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (both manual and automated) that align with CSM best practices.
• Validate the migration of custom ServiceNow applications into the CSM framework, ensuring adherence to design principles and business objectives.
• Serve as a consultative partner, engaging with client stakeholders to comprehend requirements, identify risks, and suggest enhancements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide mentoring to client team members regarding CSM features, design principles, and practical applications.
• Ensure traceability among requirements, test cases, and defects, with diligent follow-up until resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies within an Agile/Scrum context.
• Clearly document and communicate testing results, risks, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
• An active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in testing ServiceNow applications.
• Previous participation in ServiceNow migrations or implementations, preferably involving transitions from custom to standard.
• A thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, with experience in working with distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capability to mentor and support client team members, promoting skill enhancement.
• Strong analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving outcomes and ensuring client success.
• Experience in testing the ServiceNow CSM module, along with knowledge of CSM capabilities, design principles, and best practices, is preferred but not mandatory.
