Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow security and risk solutions;

• Provide basic technical support for the deployment and configuration of software or infrastructure solutions;

• Conduct simple testing on systems and applications to ensure they function as intended;

• Help in documenting processes, technical requirements, and configurations made.

• Ongoing or completed higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;

• 2 years of experience in the role or related area;

• Proficiency in Javascript;

• Familiarity with integrations involving security tools.
