Principal Technical Consultant – ITOM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project teams to implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Manage intricate programs involving multiple resources.

• Direct the architecture and design of sophisticated solutions.

• Lead the development of written project deliverables.

• Facilitate client demonstrations and collaborative sessions.

• Guide integration design discussions.

• Conduct client workshops as a process and technical authority.

• Serve as the escalation point for the project team.

• Work to persuade team members, the wider internal team, and external clients, including senior management, to accept and embrace new ideas, methodologies, and strategies.

• Achieve and uphold certifications along with relevant qualifications.

• Maintain expert-level certifications.

• Identify and convey opportunities for improvement.

• Engage in the pre-sales cycle as a technical specialist.

• Provide strategic thought leadership to Ahead and our clients.

• Interact with external clients, which may include senior management, on matters that necessitate explanation, interpretation, or guidance.

• Create distinctive marketing thought leadership content for promotional purposes.

• Develop innovative and impactful solutions for intricate client programs, leveraging large teams for implementation.

• Contribute to projects/programs aimed at exploring future concepts, products, and technologies.

• Foster consensus with customers in addressing complex solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Subject matter expert in the ServiceNow platform.

• In-depth knowledge of at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform (ITOM).

• Advanced development skills on the ServiceNow platform.

• Recognized expertise in your field within the organization.

• Demonstrate extensive proficiency across various technologies.

• Ability to articulate the trade-offs between architectural approaches.

• Strong skills in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• High level of project and situational awareness.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.
