Technical Consultant – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between technical solutions and client requirements

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions

• Collaborate directly with clients to gather and understand their business needs

• Construct solutions utilizing both declarative and programmatic methods on the Salesforce platform

• Utilize related technologies such as Azure, Python, SQL, and TypeScript to develop integrated solutions

• Design and configure Business Intelligence dashboards and reports

• Apply version control best practices using Git

• Present technical solutions to clients through written documentation, demonstrations, and video conferencing

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities

• Offer post-deployment support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and/or technical consulting roles

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)

• Proven proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

• Familiarity with SQL and experience in data manipulation and transformation

• Background in version control systems (Git) and a fundamental understanding of CI/CD concepts

• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking abilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience in direct client or stakeholder engagement in a consulting or customer-facing role
