Technical Consultant – Quality Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and introduce new features within the Veeva Quality suite for Life Sciences companies, ranging from the largest pharmaceutical firms to emerging biotech enterprises.

• Configure and provide solutions for Vault applications to align with customer requirements, which includes workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications.

• Collaborate closely with the client's business and IT personnel to grasp their needs, think critically, and assist them in realizing their business objectives.

• Serve as the customer liaison, facilitating communication among implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Advise customers on adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation initiatives aimed at ensuring the overall success of the customer.

• Lead change management strategies for clients transitioning from on-premise systems to SaaS solutions.

• Support Quality processes, which encompass documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably in content management software or within the Life Sciences sector, with exposure to Quality Management and a passion for technology.

• Background in a Consulting or customer-facing role, managing customer expectations effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to work autonomously with clients, understand and translate business requirements, and develop relevant solution designs.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.

• This position is a remote, full-time opportunity with Veeva. Eligible candidates must have legal authorization to work in Europe. Veeva Systems does not plan to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.
