Technical Consultant – Quality Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement new functionalities within the Veeva Quality suite for Life Sciences organizations, ranging from the largest pharmaceutical firms to innovative biotech startups.

• Configure and tailor Vault applications to fulfill customer requirements, which may include workflows, document types, security settings, fields, page layouts, and notifications.

• Collaborate closely with the client’s business and IT teams to comprehend their needs, think critically, and assist them in realizing their business objectives.

• Serve as the liaison for customers, facilitating communication among implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Advise customers on adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs aimed at ensuring the overall success of the customer.

• Lead change management strategies for clients transitioning from on-premise solutions to SaaS models.

• Support Quality processes, including documentation, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, preferably in content management software or within the Life Sciences sector, with a focus on Quality Management and a passion for technology.

• Background in a Consulting or customer-facing role, adept at managing client expectations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to work autonomously with clients, interpret and translate business needs, and design corresponding solutions.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• This position is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Eligible candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe. Veeva Systems does not plan to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.
