Technical Consultant – North Rhine-Westphalia, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the efficient execution of projects utilizing the customized VISIT software.

• Offer specialized support and consulting services to clients and service partners.

• Develop comprehensive project plans while overseeing timelines and budget management.

• Technically tailor and flawlessly implement VISIT according to specific customer needs.

• Provide training for customer administrators and end-users.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Development and Sales teams.

• Assist in pre-sales and post-sales presentations, and represent the team at trade shows.

• Oversee a designated customer portfolio throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients.

• Conduct regular evaluations to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

• Aid customers in achieving maximum value from the VISIT software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems or relevant technical training, such as IT Specialist; career changers from the IT sector are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs.

• Solid understanding of technical relationships and the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably.

• Experience in project management, implementation, support, or consulting in software solutions.

• IPMA certification is a plus.

• Team-oriented individual with a methodical, independent, and solution-focused work style.

• Proficient in both German and English.
