Technical Consultant – North Rhine-Westphalia, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective delivery of VISIT software projects.

• Offer expert support and guidance to clients and service partners.

• Develop comprehensive project plans while tracking timelines and budgets.

• Technically configure and tailor the software solution to fulfill specific customer needs.

• Ensure flawless implementation in line with technical specifications.

• Provide training for customer administrators and users.

• Act as a bridge between Development and Sales to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

• Assist in pre-sales and post-sales initiatives by engaging in on-site presentations and joining the team at trade fairs.

• Manage a designated customer base throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the main technical contact for customers.

• Conduct regular assessments to uncover opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Help clients maximize the benefits they gain from VISIT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business information systems or equivalent technical training, such as an IT specialist; career changers from the IT sector are also encouraged to apply.

• Robust practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs.

• Strong grasp of technical interconnections and the capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience in project management, software implementation, software support, or consulting.

• IPMA certification is regarded as a plus.

• A strong team player with a structured, independent, and solution-focused work approach.

• Proficient in both German and English.
