Technical Consultant – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation and upkeep of the Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) integration system.

• Sales assistance: supporting solution designs and demonstration installations.

• Collaboration with central units within the HPM business division.

• Addressing customer queries related to system enhancements.

• Defining, setting up, and configuring integration solutions.

• Conducting functional and workflow testing (HL7, API, FHIR, IHE protocols).

• Creating and presenting technical solutions for project-specific challenges.

• Training customers on technical specifications.

• Compiling technical project documentation.

• Offering remote support and providing on-site assistance for issue resolution.

• Managing and executing software updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the healthcare industry.

• Proficient knowledge of Windows client, server, and network systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).

• Familiarity with clinical IT transfer protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and internet protocols.

• Experience in configuring interface brokers, preferably Rhapsody.

• Experience with database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server).

• Strong IT and networking expertise, with skills in interface analysis and troubleshooting.

• Experience with HPM solutions and clinical IT workflows is a plus.

• Fluent in both German and English.
