This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales support: Assistance with solution designs and demo installations based on in-depth knowledge of integration components.
• Collaboration with central functions of the HPM business unit and the Modality Community in Europe on complex requirements.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding system expansions and renewals, as well as creating proposals for offers and contract extensions.
• Definition, installation, and configuration of integration solutions in partnership with clients and third-party vendors, both remotely and on-site.
• Conducting functional and workflow tests (HL7, API, FHIR, IHE protocols).
• Developing and presenting technical solutions for project-specific challenges.
• Guiding clients in technical specifications and managing the administration of installed interfaces.
• Producing technical project documentation.
• Providing remote support and assisting on-site in problem resolution.
• Managing and executing software updates and necessary product corrections.
• Offering continuous technical support and consultation for system adjustments.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer interaction within the healthcare sector.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows client, server, and network systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with clinical IT transfer protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and internet protocols.
• Knowledge in the configuration of interface brokers, preferably Rhapsody.
• Experience with database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
• Excellent IT and network knowledge, along with analytical and troubleshooting skills in the area of interfaces.
• Ideally, experience with HPM solutions and clinical IT workflows.
• Proficient in both German and English.
