Technical Consultant II – ADP WFN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of the implementation project as a “client-side” resource.

• Supervise daily project activities to ensure a successful payroll transition for clients.

• Configure workflows to enhance system development.

• Sustain a comprehensive understanding of HCM-specific technology.

• Develop custom reports and highlight templated reports.

• Deliver tailored system training for clients.

• Cultivate client relationships and proactively address and fulfill client needs.

• Collaborate and communicate with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of implementing ADP WFN software is essential.

• Additional experience with implementing Paycor is advantageous.

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role within a vendor or consulting organization.

• Proficient knowledge of at least the payroll and time and attendance modules within ADP WFN, along with extensive payroll expertise and implementation experience.

• Experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.

• Previous experience in owning and managing multiple projects.

• Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently, effectively manage time across multiple clients, and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for numbers.
