Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Actively interact with customers in a consultative approach, offering solutions tailored to their purchasing requirements.

• Serve as the intermediary between customers and services including mobile plans, internet, and credit cards.

• Address inquiries and clarify product advantages.

• Navigate the sales process up to the closing stage.

• Manage calls that are automatically directed by the system once the customer responds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have completed high school education.

• Must live in the Greater São Paulo area (including ABC Paulista, North Zone, East Zone, South Zone, West Zone, Downtown, Alto Tietê, or surrounding regions).

• Must have a computer or laptop for remote work.

• No previous experience is necessary.

• This is a part-time position with afternoon shifts.
