Managing Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Post-Acute Solution Consulting team.

• Supervise Solution Consultants tasked with sales support, product demonstrations, and managing demo environments.

• Offer coaching, feedback, development opportunities, leadership, and strategic guidance.

• Spearhead special projects such as marketing research, whitepaper creation, training, and seminars.

• Manage the master demo database and enhance demo setups that showcase the CareRecord.

• Provide technical and product assistance to sales teams.

• Deliver both scripted and unscripted solution presentations at client engagements, industry events, or internal meetings.

• Mentor others in articulating and promoting Netsmart’s competitive advantages throughout the sales process.

• Contribute clinical and local workflow insights to bid submissions and RFP responses.

• Relay key RFP feedback to solution presenters.

• Coordinate resources to align with sales priorities and support bids, proposals, client presentations, and engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in post-acute healthcare is essential.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of software pre-sales experience demonstrating solution features and functionality, OR at least 2 years of experience in a Human Services or post-acute setting with knowledge of related clinical and revenue cycle workflows, OR at least 2 years of experience with information systems, preferably within a clinical or financial healthcare environment.

• Preferred experience includes direct or indirect people management responsibilities, including recruiting, feedback, and performance management.

• All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
