This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Tailor and set up Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules according to client specifications.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to gain insights into business processes and convert them into system customizations.

• Create and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, time tracking).

• Utilize tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for efficient data exchange.

• Develop and implement fast formulas to fulfill client requirements.

• Create and implement reports to meet client specifications.

• Plan and carry out the migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP.

• Ensure data integrity and validation throughout the migration process.

• Conduct various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Identify and resolve any issues that emerge during testing.

• Produce technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials for end-users.

• Conduct training sessions for HR personnel and other stakeholders on system utilization.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system after implementation.

• Troubleshoot issues, apply patches, and ensure the system is current.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Engage in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver project status updates.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
