This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Utilize design thinking principles to assist business decision-makers in defining the primary objectives for projects, encouraging them to explore opportunities beyond merely enhancing existing processes.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Dynamics 365 digital contact centre platform and customer experience (CX) solutions, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics 365 digital contact centre platform and CX solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to gather their business needs, document those requirements, and design suitable solutions.
• Develop Solution, Functional, and Technical Specifications documentation for the project.
• Possess a solid understanding of all aspects of the Power Platform and stay informed about Power Platform and related technologies, especially Azure stack technologies that support the solution.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and experience to foster their growth and effectiveness.
• Expected to demonstrate flexibility with time and the ability to thrive in a process-oriented environment.
• Excellent communicator with the capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365, particularly with the digital contact centre platform and CX solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions for complex technical issues.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
