Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with designated clients and project teams to deliver Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.

• Oversee the maintenance of the team's IRT systems, manage support processes, detect and address potential issues and risks, and work alongside clients and vendors to ensure effective system utilization.

• Lead the implementation of system change controls for studies during the maintenance phase.

• Manage the integration specifications of study data between the IRT system and other eClinical solutions.

• Develop data review plans and ensure that reviews are conducted on time.

• Create and update study FAQ documents for customer support.

• Develop and maintain training materials for the system, including manuals, walkthrough videos, and presentations.

• Configure IRT system data with client study teams at the time of system go-live.

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer support issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose resolutions.

• Generate and distribute support and maintenance reports to both internal teams and client study teams.

• Analyze support data to identify trends and root causes, and collaborate with project team members to implement solutions.

• Recognize and assist with improvements in service processes.

• Collaborate with the product team on the design and development of new features based on client feedback and project insights.

• Travel to client locations for meetings and user training sessions.

• Provide support to system users across multiple countries via telephone and email.

• Assist in training new staff on Suvoda products and processes.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
