This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee the execution of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration components for a Salesforce implementation.

• Design and deliver implementation solutions to our clients, adhering to the frameworks established by our architectural team.

• Analyze project requirements and troubleshoot technical implementation challenges.

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to facilitate client implementations.

• Operate within an agile, team-oriented environment while adhering to our established methodologies.

• Work remotely while engaging with global teams to ensure successful delivery across different regions.

• Fundamental knowledge of any programming language (JavaScript, Java, Apex preferred).

• Basic front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with LWC is advantageous.

• Basic familiarity with a version control system, preferably Git.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Basic awareness of Salesforce settings and tools (experience with Lightning App Builder and Flow is a plus).

• Salesforce Associate Certification/Admin credentials and being a Ranger on Trailhead is a plus.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong spoken and written skills.
