Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical advisor in beef cattle nutrition across diverse production systems, focusing particularly on intensive pasture-based initiatives and feedlots.

• Engage in negotiations by offering technical and commercial assistance to both internal and external teams.

• Create technical-commercial proposals for current and potential clients.

• Collaborate on formulations for various supplements and complete diets.

• Develop and track performance metrics for processes linked to the designated client portfolio.

• Refresh the technical and economic metrics for the assigned region.

• Facilitate technical training sessions and/or presentations for internal and external teams.

• Design methods, processes, and tools aimed at enhancing customer service.

• Organize and deliver technical consulting services to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agronomy.

• Prior experience in the position or in animal nutrition is advantageous.

• Background in cattle ranching and related disciplines.

• Direct negotiation experience with clients is preferred.

• Familiarity with formulation software is crucial.

• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient negotiation and persuasion skills.
