Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Installs and sets up PairSoft products and applications in both Cloud and On-Premise environments, ensuring they are compatible and perform optimally.

• Offers technical support regarding product prerequisites, system compatibility, and best practices for deployment tailored to client environments.

• Aids in identifying and resolving product-related issues, escalating to development or engineering teams as necessary.

• Engages in client meetings and internal project discussions, providing technical insights on feasibility, architecture, and integration strategies.

• Spots opportunities to enhance product functionality, integration flow, or deployment methodologies and communicates structured feedback to internal teams.

• Documents technical implementation strategies, custom workflows, and client-specific configurations to promote repeatable best practices.

• Designs, develops, and tests custom configurations, API integrations, and automation workflows within the PairSoft platform and interconnected systems.

• Supports and maintains active configurations and custom JavaScript modules, monitors logs for performance enhancement, and addresses end-user issues.

• Performs additional technical consulting or engineering tasks as assigned within the scope of Product Services or Professional Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 1+ years of experience in enterprise software implementations, technical support, system administration, or business application consulting.

• Preferred experience in client-facing technical roles or implementation teams.

• Capable of working directly with clients to comprehend requirements and resolve issues.

• Comfortable participating in implementation meetings, discovery sessions, and client support calls.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, along with the ability to document solutions, processes, and configurations clearly.

• At least 1 year of experience in supporting or implementing ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions.

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.

• Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats is an advantage.

• Understanding of SQL queries and data structures for troubleshooting or reporting purposes.

• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of web applications, authentication methods (SSO, OAuth), and cloud environments.

• Comfortable working in remote or distributed teams.

• Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, or similar platforms.
