Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Assisting customers with the implementation of relevant Assessment tools.

• Grasping and effectively conveying the technical specifications involved in the Scale Assessment process.

• Facilitating deployment through thorough discovery.

• Reviewing and finalizing an Assessment Report.

• Delivering key insights and actionable recommendations.

• Ensuring a smooth transition for customers into post-Assessment actions.

• Logging activities and updates in the appropriate systems for precise tracking and reporting.

• Conducting workshops with customers to promote AI Adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi and English at a C2 level.

• Technical expertise in cloud services or SAAS products such as M365, O365, Azure, or Copilot (at least one of these) or competing cloud services like Google Workspace or AWS.

• Experience in customer or client-facing roles, including making presentations.

• Background within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT service/support, looking to apply those skills in an analytical role.

• Capability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.

• Proven ability to manage a queue of projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, including project and time management, coordination, and status updates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
