Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide after-hours support (P1 & P2) for Fiserv clients utilizing the SIGNATURE (core banking system) application.

• Maintain the SIGNATURE application by using information supplied by client technicians and users, while adhering strictly to Fiserv development standards.

• Create new application code, enhance existing programs, and troubleshoot software defects.

• Conduct system testing for both base code and custom modifications.

• Perform quality assurance testing in controlled environments, identify and resolve coding or design issues, and communicate necessary corrections.

• Ensure that all delivered software meets high-quality standards and is tested within the designated project timelines.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with clients, which includes conducting tests, implementing code changes, and reviewing outcomes.

• Understanding of software design and development of test scripts.

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Prior experience in banking software is preferred.
