This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Your objective is to enable our clients to establish Collaborative Learning organizations through proficient use of our platform and methodology.
β’ Ensure clients not only "use" the software but truly master it to foster long-term engagement.
β’ Take ownership of our "One-to-Many" offerings (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) to guarantee that every client possesses the knowledge and confidence necessary for their project's success.
β’ Create a scalable learning ecosystem that ensures each client has an optimal start by mastering our Collaborative Learning methodology.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team and Product teams to ensure our training offerings address the real friction points and needs of our client base.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or a similar technical role involving external stakeholders; a customer-facing background is preferred (e.g., Technical Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst).
β’ Strong understanding of APIs and REST integrations.
β’ Proficient technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
β’ Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies.
β’ Experience in scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and executing projects.
β’ Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot intricate technical issues.
β’ Skill in adapting your communication style to various audiences (highly technical versus less/non-technical stakeholders).
β’ Organized, structured, rational, and analytical approach to work.
β’ Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
β’ Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.
