This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted representative for the CEO by participating in preparation meetings, briefings, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Exercise sound judgment in managing the CEO's incoming communications.

• Treat the CEO's time and focus as a valuable asset that requires careful management.

• Develop and sustain accountability systems that monitor commitments throughout the organization.

• Prepare reports, communications, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

• Direct the annual strategic planning process and supervise cross-departmental initiatives.

• Take initiative in addressing challenging discussions regarding performance and expectations.

• Recommend systems designed to enhance the operations of the CEO's office.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience, underpinned by a robust engineering or technical background.

• A strong motivation to shift from engineering roles to business and leadership positions.

• A proactive attitude that favors action over lengthy deliberation.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating excellent follow-through.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the discernment to manage sensitive subjects.

• Capable of functioning as an extension of the CEO, wielding genuine authority.

• Possess a low ego coupled with a high sense of ownership.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
