This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• This position serves as the accountability engine for the portfolio. You will create and uphold scorecards, enforce follow-ups, and make progress (as well as issues) transparent across three businesses. Your goal is to ensure that operators meet commitments without the CEO needing to engage in micromanagement.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational scorecards for all businesses, serving as the weekly "source of truth."
• Oversee lead flow, sales KPIs (including speed-to-lead, close rate, and pipeline), along with project milestones; proactively identify risks.
• Conduct weekly accountability meetings with operators/partners to discuss commitments, obstacles, overdue items, and next steps.
• Promote process consistency by standardizing scripts, CRM procedures, database nurturing, and follow-up protocols (in collaboration with VAs/teams).
• Create and document repeatable SOPs and playbooks to facilitate scaling, particularly for expansion into new cities.
• Convert CEO priorities into project roadmaps and milestone tracking for real estate initiatives.
• Ensure effective cross-team execution and alignment with brand standards.
• Proven experience in Operations, Business Operations, or roles akin to Chief of Staff, with a strong emphasis on KPI ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and enforce a performance cadence (including weekly reporting and follow-through).
• Excellent process documentation capabilities (SOPs, playbooks, workflow diagrams) alongside operational discipline.
• Mastery in project management (using tools like ClickUp or Asana) with a track record of successfully driving multi-stakeholder execution.
• Non-negotiable: Prior experience in remote work; proficiency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp, or similar) and preferably experience with US or UK-based companies—applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
• Background in home services, lead generation businesses, or sales operations environments.
• Familiarity with milestone tracking for real estate development or investor reporting.
• Experience with automation tools (like Zapier/Make) and AI-driven SOP/report generation.
