This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive planning and execution of all company events, ranging from small executive meetings to large-scale company-wide gatherings.
• Oversee board meetings, including logistics, scheduling, and preparation of pre-read materials.
• Plan and implement offsite retreats for the executive team, collaborative working sessions, and the annual all-hands meeting.
• Manage spontaneous team gatherings and cultural initiatives as the company expands.
• Act as a reliable right hand to all three co-founders, addressing a variety of requests, priorities, and details to ensure senior leadership functions at peak efficiency.
• Evaluate incoming resumes based on criteria set by the hiring leader, minimizing the volume for leadership review.
• Conduct preliminary candidate phone screenings and provide structured feedback before moving candidates to formal interviews.
• Handle scheduling, coordination, and communication throughout the interview process.
• Gather agenda topics and content from leadership prior to each weekly all-team meeting.
• Ensure that every leader is aware of their topic, allotted time, and expectations.
• Introduce innovative ideas to enhance the engagement, energy, and value of weekly meetings.
• Manage the operational framework that helps remote work feel more connected, including tools, systems, team communications, and internal logistics.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for AGent, aiding in the maintenance of energy, trust, and cohesion within our founding team as we grow and welcome new members.
• Undertake cross-functional projects as directed by the CEO and leadership team, actively contributing wherever the business requires support.
• 2–5 years of experience in an executive support, operations, or chief of staff-related role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events of different scales, from team offsites to company-wide meetings.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort in working directly with and supporting founders and C-suite executives.
• High proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Strong judgment in prioritizing, escalating, or independently managing tasks.
