Founder's Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders on strategic initiatives

• Prepare and execute activities related to fundraising and investor relations

• Conduct analysis of the market, competition, and new business opportunities

• Develop and enhance internal processes

• Provide support for enterprise sales and partnerships

• Prepare pitches, facilitate client meetings, and aid in strategic decision-making

• Manage projects independently with full accountability

• Outstanding analytical abilities

• Organized and self-motivated working approach

• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute effectively

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Educational background in fields such as civil engineering or architecture

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• 0–3 years of pertinent experience (in startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy, or related areas)

• Bonus: familiarity with AI, SaaS, or PropTech
